WHAT ARE THE OBJECTIVES OF RWB?
RWB is a gathering of like-minded people to enjoy the fellowship of others through the spirit of Cede Nullius – Yield to None - as embodied in the red, white and blue of the Western Bulldogs Football Club. It is intended to host three networking functions per year, with a special function late in November.

The proposed functions are:

• RWB season launch function - early March prior to opening of AFL season
• RWB Winter Warming Breakfast – intended for mid-June
• RWB September Drinks party towards the end of the season

THE RWB NETWORK - WHAT'S IN IT FOR ME?
• Connect with like-minded business men and women who subscribe to the Bulldogs motto “Cede Nullius” Yield to none!
• Attend exclusive social functions with interesting speakers
• Build a stronger business network: ‘Be seen where least expected’
• A pathway to leadership positions
• Meet inspiring role models
• Opportunity to mentor emerging business talent
• Fellowship and fun centred around the Bulldogs and the AFL football season

HOW IS RWB CONNECTED WITH THE FOOTBALL CLUB?
RWB is an initiative and activity of the Forever Foundation.

The Forever Foundation is a not-for-profit foundation established with the sole purpose of engaging in activities for the benefit of the Football Club and its future.

The Forever Foundation’s motto is Today. Tomorrow. And Forever.

The Foundation is managed by an independent Board of Directors (non-renumerated), all of whom have had a long and credentialed history with the WBFC, nee Footscray Football Club.  All Directors are members of the Club.  The Foundation is independently audited, and is registered with the Australian Sports Foundation, which enables donations to be tax deductible.

Funds that the Foundation raise through its various initiatives are directed towards the Club, for example, the Whitten Oval redevelopment, the replacement of equipment for use by the players, or in recent times, the production of the Historic Player’s Register.  This wonderful book can be purchased from the Bulldogs shop at the Whitten Oval.

The Foundation was instrumental in raising substantial funds for the redevelopment of Whitten Oval which we all enjoy today.

HOW WILL IT GENERATE FUNDS?
Membership of RWB is free and does not convey any rights or benefits. In order to finance the Club and support the Western Bulldogs via the Forever Foundation, members are requested to make voluntary tax deductible donations as follows:

- $1,000 in the first year of membership
- $1,000 per year thereafter - There will be no charge to attend each function
RWB is a fundraising project developed in partnership with the Australia Sports Foundation. All donations to RWB are made via our payment page on the Australian Sports Foundation website

In November 2018, an Inaugural Prime Ministers Sporting Oration event will be held in Melbourne. RWB members will be offered tickets to this exclusive event.

RWB is not intending to raise significant or substantial funds for the Club.  Its' intention is to provide an environment for kindred spirits, who are enthusiastic about the energy and direction of the Bulldogs, to find a way in which they can associate with the Club.

RWB is also intended to provide the opportunity to nurture people who have an interest in the Club but at this point of time do not want to be directly approached by the Club.
